Sequence 05 moves Edward toward Great Inagua and deepens the Sage mystery while introducing harder naval convoy missions. Edward establishes a permanent base and unlocks advanced Kenway Fleet routes.
Memory 1: Great Inagua Arrival
Sail to Great Inagua and secure the island as Edward's long-term headquarters. Sync viewpoints to reveal crafting vendors and the Fisherman's Wharf harpoon upgrade station. Recruit your ship cat here if you have not already — the pet appears on deck during future voyages.
- Upgrade Fisherman's Wharf before whaling side activities for better material yields.
- Start Kenway Fleet metal routes from the cabin map while exploring ashore.
Memory 2: Sage Intelligence
Follow leads on the Sage through plantation infiltration and eavesdrop sequences. Use universal crouch and Observe mode to tag guards before entering manor zones. Resynced widens eavesdrop zones — stay within the audio waveform indicator.
Memory 3: Naval Escort
Escort allied ships through contested waters. Adaptive enemy AI sends brigs to flank — assign a helmsman officer and use chain shot to disable pursuers. Fort capture in this region unlocks legendary ship visibility in the northwest corner.
Resynced tailing and eavesdrop missions in Sequence 5 use grace meters instead of instant failure — see Observe mode before stealth memories. Continue to the next sequence in order or explore legendary ships if your Jackdaw is fully upgraded.
